Small Enterprise enhancement and Development (SEED) Loan

UB Finance Cooperative Society is one of the Cooperatives who has recognizes its responsibility to its members in keeping with the cooperative movements Moto “Leaving no one behind”. As such, we have developed this product for the empowerment, enhancement and development of serious entrepreneurs. The following are some Conditions:

The maximum amount for this loan will be 5 million to be disbursed to a supplier and not to the member in cash; unless it is for the purposes of working capital. The loan must be Secured by the use of Shares, Vehicle, heavy equipment or Property as collateral, and only a maximum of 50% of the Value of those assets will be used, other than property, which can go high as 90%. The loan must be secured by 100% Collateral.
